The Messenger is a monthly e-newsletter. Find out about worship for

the month; keep up to date with St. Mark's committees and ministries;

check the calendar for events; find out when your are scheduled to help

or sponsor; and much, much more! Each issue for the coming month is available on the last Sunday of the previous month. There are black and white printed copies available in the narthex and under the outside mailbox.

The SMLC Weekly is an e-mail that is sent Thursday afternoon to those who subscribe to it highlighting the worship for the following Sunday. It will also contain news about the life of the congregation and will serve as a way to connect with the church if you cannot make worship on a Sunday.

If you or your friends and family would like to be added to our electronic mailing list for either or both newsletters, please send the e-mail address(es) to the church office or Pastor Jim. These addresses will not appear on the mailings to assist in confidentiality.

Spaghetti Dinner

Take a night off from cooking. You deserve it!  Come to St Marks on Saturday February 9th from 5:00-6:30 pm for a spaghetti dinner sponsored by our Puerto Rico Mission Team. A free will donation will be accepted to offset the costs of the mission trip. Take out will be available.

Simple Gifts

The congregation and friends are invited to a memorable lecture and concert presented by “Simple Gifts” on Sunday, February 10, 2019 at 6:30 PM.  Simple Gifts is an award-winning folk music duo who research and perform folk music from around the world. They act as vocalists as well as incorporate various instruments, some lesser known, and engage audiences over a wide geographical area.  Churches, colleges, and other entities have been enriched by their programs.  St Mark’s is privileged to receive a grant for the bulk of the cost of hosting the performers.  Please come and support this important community event.  There is no cost to attend the event, however a free will offering will be gratefully accepted.
